Rooted Pathways was created to support veterans and retired military members as they transition into civilian life. With experience working closely alongside veterans, I saw firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate employment, housing, and support systems after service.

Rooted Pathways exists to bridge that gap—connecting those who served with practical resources, guidance, and community support to build stability, purpose, and independence beyond the uniform.
